Job Requirements

  • Bachelors in Business Administration (Masters preferred)
  • Minimum of five years experience in marketing, customer service, and data analytics
  • Must be skilled with CRM software as well as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must have strong communication skill

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an individual who is able to engage our customers and evaluate how Shop1 is performing for them.  We need a self-starter who is able to properly gather and analyze data and make suggestions on areas of improvement.  High Interpersonal skills will be needed when engaging marketplace owners and suppliers.
